It’s been a long time coming, but I am back home, and it is time to save my hometown in the way I see fit.

I have never asked for much permission to live this life and to steward a future in the way that suits my vision.

I had a thought last night. Goes like this….

“Institutional thought leads to institutional cattle, seems a little cagey to a free range #cow.”

Does anyone understand my thought process from the above… ‘Slimism?”

We’ll come back to that question after I finish rambling here.

I met a young man over four years ago, and my son also met him as we were getting ready to travel across the world for Fin’s “Right of Passage.”

The content and production of this trip has been archived, and moving forward, we will begin to tell another story.

The Beef Initiative was just a thought, it was the beginning of a collective consciousness.

My son and so many other sons and daughters are innocent. They have been dealt a shitty hand and it has nothing to do with the smell of money or bullshit.

I will begin to tell the story of what the youth of this nation has had to suffer through over the last half-decade, hell their whole life.

I will not take another step forward unless it is to secure the future of the young men and women who have had to witness the madness of broken and heartless adults who are metabolically bankrupt and spiritually empty.

We are putting our foot down, there is a course correction moving forward.

We have the youth of this nation who are laughing at the madness and confusion. 

They are clear, they are not going to live a life of institutional thought. 

My son will not go to University.

Isaac, the youth I met half a decade ago, is my intern in Canyon, Texas. 

He and my son are the future of the United States Cattle Industry.

These two young men have been taken under “Our Collective” arms and protection, and so have all the children who will be leading this nation, this state, this small Texas town into the future.

I will say it one last time, a Global Industrial Food Shift is unfolding. They see it. They are leading & charging straight through it.

Finley and Isaac are not confused, they are not debating, they are not captured and they laugh at the word triggered. 

They say yes sir, no sir. They get up at 4 am every day. They are engineering their future and they are using the #BeefIntelligence I hashtagged so many years ago.

Times are a changin, we have reached a moment in time that Cole Bolton, Jason Wrich, and myself all three discussed 4 years ago to this day.

It is what it is

There is a perfect storm in the cattle industry coming, is what we discussed. 

I have been mentoring my whole life. I took a moment to pause almost 5 years ago and I looked into the future. I wrote The Harvest of Deception and I have never looked back.

These boys are the future. It’s a spirit and confidence game at this point and they both know it.

I believe they will be what I focus on moving forward. I am tired of innocence lost and my grandfather taught me to suffer no fools and to not become one of them.

The amount of personal phone calls I am receiving from parents who are on the same page is growing each day.

We are comin’ together. I believe this whole world has been holding its breath. 

We haven’t, we are moving forward as a movement and I like the odds of this youth, that over 4 years ago, put their foot down and said – NO MORE. NOT ON OUR WATCH.

America has become a food desert in every direction, I have seen it. 172k miles across this great nation in 3 years.

We have internships moving forward. We are establishing disciplines and perspectives. We are teaching observational science. 

The young men and women of this nation have been lied to for a very long time.

You begin to judge for yourself.

While some individuals have lost very little in comparison to others, many have lost everything. Although the effects of Hurricane Helene have been catastrophic, there is a spirit that remains in the voice of the people I have been in communication with. A spirit of urgent dedication to restore what has been taken.

Coordinated efforts in surrounding counties to provide relief are ongoing. Citizens across the country have stepped up to fulfill the shortcomings of our Government and other “Red Tape” Institutions. Furthermore, it has become ever so clear to those affected by this disaster, that if they want to recover and move forward, it will be up to their efforts and the efforts of those individuals willing to step in.

With winter upon us and harsher conditions soon to come, time is of the essence to rebuild and secure much-needed supplies. After establishing contact with several individuals in the Eastern TN Region, a common request is building supplies, fencing supplies, protein tubs, round hay( good quality), propane, commercial cleaning supplies, heavy machinery, winter clothing items, and able bodies to provide hands-on support.

Needless to say, the damage has been done. However, due to the efforts of citizens across America, progress has been made. The fight to rebuild and restore is not going away anytime soon, relief efforts must persist.
